Introduction

The Project Climbing Centre's Terms & Conditions ensure the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our climbing facilities. Climbing is an activity with inherent risks, and participants must be aware of and accept these risks. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and take responsibility for your own actions and involvement.

Your Duty of Care
 

The most up-to-date version of our Terms & Conditions will always be available on our website. It is essential to familiarize yourself with them. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, and we reserve the right to ask customers not complying with them to leave, without refund. If you are bringing children or groups to the centre, it is your responsibility as a parent or group leader to ensure they understand and follow these Terms & Conditions.

Membership
 

Our memberships are all run using a monthly flat rate.

There are no joining fees, and no cancellation charges.

  1. Membership types: The Project Climbing Centre offers various types of memberships, including but not limited to light (climbing only), standard (Climbing plus limited guest passes and workshop access) and pro (as standard but with additional access to the S&C gym).   2. Access to facilities: Members are granted access to the climbing facilities during normal operating hours. The Project Climbing Centre reserves the right to close or limit access to certain areas of the facility for maintenance or special events.

  3. Access to Classes: Where memberships include access to classes and workshops that access is for the named member only. Booking vouchers should not be used to book other people on to classes and workshops.

  4. Safety: Members must comply with all safety rules and guidelines set out by The Project Climbing Centre. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  5. Equipment: Members must use appropriate equipment for climbing and are responsible for maintaining their own equipment. The Project Climbing Centre reserves the right to inspect any equipment used on its premises.

  6. Guests: Members are allowed to bring guests to climb with them, subject to availability of passes or at an additional cost. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with all safety rules and guidelines set forth by The Project Climbing Centre.

  7. Behavior: Members are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  8. Commercial use: The membership is intended for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, coaching or instruction for monetary gain, without the prior written consent of The Project Climbing Centre. Any member found to be using the facilities for commercial purposes without consent may have their membership suspended or terminated. The Project Climbing Centre reserves the right to pursue legal action for any commercial use of its facilities without prior written consent.

  9. Cancellation policy: Memberships may be canceled at any time by using the online portal. Refunds are not normally given.

  10. Changes to the policy: The Project Climbing Centre reserves the right to modify this fair usage policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
