Dynamic Flow Yoga

Suitable for Advanced/experienced practitioners

Focusing on different parts of movement and our practice each week, you'll arrive into yourself and learn to control your body, building strength, mobility and flexibility along the way. This is a dynamic and more advanced practice, therefore it is advisable to have a good foundation in yoga to reap the benefits of this practice and prevent injury.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle, slow class, focusing on holding postures for longer periods, allowing the body to fall into itself in a passive manner. With calming direction you'll feel the release of tension, tired muscles, and aid in the opening of any tight joints. Finishing with a guided meditation in savasana at the end, you'll leave feeling at peace, with a mind and body nourished and replenished.

Vinyasa Flow

Join Johnny on a Wednesday where he’ll guide you through an invigorating and mindful Vinyasa Flow. Some yoga experience desired, but for a variety of levels, you’ll focus on breath to guide you through a selection of Ashtanga postures. With conscious movement, you’ll develop strength and flexibility, and with a calming meditative finish, you’ll feel refreshed and relaxed.

This all-levels class invites you to slow down and reconnect—body, breath, and mind. Blending gentle yet potent mobility work with grounding stillness, this practice supports both physical ease and inner steadiness. Through intentional movement and restorative postures, we'll nurture patience, calm, and compassion, while quietly building resilience in both mind and body. Come to rest, to breathe, and to remember the power of going gently.

Yoga mats and blocks are available to borrow from the Studio if you need them.

Monthly members need to choose voucher as payment option.

Our Yoga classes are currently for ages 16+ only.
