Monday
 

8:45pm-9:45pm with Amy

Monday night slow flow class: This class is a slower paced restorative yoga flow which incorporates vinyasa and yin yoga postures that are held around 3-5 minutes. This is a slow and gentle practice that focuses on deep relaxation and meditation. Perfect for winding down the day and getting ready for bed. A great class for beginners and experienced practitioners looking for a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga practice

Tuesdays
 

6:30pm-7:30pm with Gemma

Beginners yoga/slow flow- this class is aimed at those new to yoga or who would like a more gentle practice today. We will slowly flow through poses to release tension while building flexibility and relaxation.

8-9pm with Gemma

 

Ashtanga yoga- a more dynamic class working with our breath to flow through the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence, building strength and flexibility in the body whiles quieting the mind.

Wednesdays
 

7:15-8:15pm with Amy

7:30-8:30pm with Gemma

Ashtanga yoga- a more dynamic class working with our breath to flow through the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence, building strength and flexibility in the body whiles quieting the mind.

4:30-5:30pm with Emilia

A Hatha-style yoga class linking breath with controlled movement.

The Class builds a little heat in the body whilst also giving students a nice, deep stretch. Perfect for relaxing the body and enhancing flexibility and core strength.

Suitable for all levels as modifications are offered throughout the class.
