Monday
 

6pm-7pm Dynamic Flow with Johnny

 

8:45pm-9:45pm with Johnny

Monday night slow flow class: This class is a slower paced restorative yoga flow which incorporates vinyasa and yin yoga postures that are held around 3-5 minutes. This is a slow and gentle practice that focuses on deep relaxation and meditation. Perfect for winding down the day and getting ready for bed. A great class for beginners and experienced practitioners looking for a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga practice

Tuesdays
 

6:30pm-7:30pm with Gemma

Beginners yoga/slow flow- this class is aimed at those new to yoga or who would like a more gentle practice today. We will slowly flow through poses to release tension while building flexibility and relaxation.

8-9pm with Gemma

 

Ashtanga yoga- a more dynamic class working with our breath to flow through the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence, building strength and flexibility in the body whiles quieting the mind.

Wednesdays
 

7:30-8:30pm with Johnny

4:30-5:30pm with Chris 

A restorative Yoga class with active elements, informed by a basic understanding of anatomy and physiology.

 

This class comprises Pranayama techniques, Asanas and meditation to provide an accessible insight into the practices of Yoga. Postures will typically be held for longer durations to encourage relaxation on both a physiological and psychological level.

 

A class suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
