JUNIOR SIGN-OFF
14-17 Years
If you are a regular climber aged between 14 and 17, you may want to be able to come and climb without adult supervision. To do this, you will need to complete our Junior Sign-Off. These sessions are 60 minutes long and give you the opportunity to show us that you know how to use the centre safely.
During the session, you will need to demonstrate that you:
-
Have a good knowledge of the hazards and risks associated with Bouldering
-
Have a good level of movement skills and techniques
-
Are able to provide an explanation of the areas of the facility and their use
This is an assessment session only; no instruction will be given. If you need more instruction to get you to a standard where you can climb unsupervised, you should book our Junior Induction & Sign-Off.
Please note that we strongly recommend you take part in a Junior Induction first as this will increase your chances of passing your sign-off.
Alternate Saturdays and Sundays 5.30 - 6.30pm
Additional sessions throughout school holidays
Cost: £15 per person
-
Cost includes entry, shoe hire and instruction
-
A parent or guardian of the junior signing-off must attend this session.
