Online membership

Our online-only membership is here to help you stay in touch with us and your climbing buddies whilst also staying in shape so that you're ready to get straight back to it once we reopen.


Joining us with an online membership or one of our other “supporter" options will directly benefit our team and help to maintain our facilities while we’re closed.

Conditioning

Brought to you by some of the familiar Project faces, our programme of Strength & Conditioning sessions - one upper body, one lower body, and one full body/power endurance session per week - is designed to give you the opportunity to keep those legs powerful and those shoulders and cores strong and stable.

Flexibility

We’re also going to be joined by flexibility and handstand coach, Tash, for a Flexibility class specifically designed to help loosen up your hips, chests and shoulders so that those front-on moves and hard to reach holds come easy once you get back on the wall.

yoga

Finally, Hayley will be delivering some Yoga Classes, giving you the chance to switch off from what’s going on in the world right now, and stop you from seizing up while you’re stuck at home. Running on the same days as they normally do when we’re open, just at slightly different times, we've got 2x 45-minute lunchtime classes, or a 60-minute evening session.

Who's it for?

All of our sessions are suitable for all abilities (you don’t need to be super bendy or stacked already!) and your instructors will be able to give you options to make each exercise or stretch easier or harder depending on your needs

What do I need?

You won’t need much more than a little bit of space and a computer/tablet/phone with an internet connection. Some classes may have optional extras that you should be able to find or fashion from objects around the house.

How do I sign-up?

Below you’ll find our Online Membership form. Fill this out, and once we’ve processed it, we’ll send you an e-mail which will include the links you need to access the classes. These will be hosted on Zoom. You'll need to create an account with them, but don’t worry, it won’t cost you.

Existing Members

If you’ve kept your normal membership running or have kept your payments at £20 or more then the online classes are included but we’ll still need you to fill out the form below to access them.
