As of the 21st March all memberships, monthly and prepaid were frozen free of charge. We will not be automatically applying a credit to your account, if you require a credit please use the form below to request one.
Memberships will not be automatically unfrozen until our capacity cap has been lifted or you instruct us to unfreeze, whichever happens sooner.
