We have lots of perks to offer our members, here's what you could get up to.
All of these sessions are free for our Monthly Pass and Annual Pass holders.
Weekly conditioning class
This is the session for anyone who wants to improve their core strength, hip and shoulder mobility. We have a different set of exercises every month developed by our coaches. You'll get a great workout and have fun with our instructors and other members. We have geared this session around being a finisher for your climbing session so if you are coming straight to conditioning, please allow some time to warm up before hand.
Tuesdays 8.30-9.30pm on the green mats
These workshops run once per month. Led by one of our experienced coaches, they will focus on different aspects of climbing training and technique. Each session will include some floor based conditioning work, on the wall drills for you to take away and practice, as well as some time to ask questions. You MUST be warmed up before the session commences.

Our yoga classes are the perfect way to stretch off after your climb, work on your core and flexibility, or just find some time to wind down. Head over to our Studio page to find out about class times and book your space.

strength & conditioning gym
If you have a Monthly+ or Training membership, you can use our conditioning gym any time the centre is open. You will need to complete a gym induction before using the facility.
